To retain our services, there is a cost structure in place to assist with our time spent on research, collaboration between us and our global network of partners, reservation booking(s), itinerary-crafting, and concierge services.

While each journey obviously varies, on average, we typically spend about 20-40 hours working on a large trip from the initial discovery/client intake call to the day of departure.

For our clients, paying a nominal fee with the knowledge that their entire trip will be customized and vetted, coupled with the fact that they’ve got someone who will be their advocate/concierge throughout the planning and trip phase, is well worth it!

No two travelers or trips are the same! That said, please find below a general catalog of fees for our most requested trip-planning inquiries.

Piecemeal assistance for hotels and/or flights:

Hotels

  • $100 booking fee

Flights: Let us do the legwork and management for you!

• $100 booking fee; $35 per domestic air ticket

• $100 booking fee; $60 per international air ticket

Custom/couture travel planning, management, and support:

• Beginning at $500 and dependent upon scope: This flat fee includes our initial 30-minute discovery call to discuss your trip goals and overall vision, communication throughout the planning process, air/land/sea/travel insurance consultation and concierge services/implementation, couture travel design and a gorgeous customized itinerary, and 24/7 support during your travels. In other words, we are standing alongside you from start to finish.

  • The fine print:

    • If a new destination is chosen post the initial planning process, Belle Voyages reserves the right to charge a new trip planning fee.

    • For travel planning services with an expedited timeline/within 60-days, there will be a $175 surcharge.

*All travel planning fees charged by Belle Voyages are non-refundable. Travel planning will not commence until post fee payment.
